2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. All tickets purchased through ITicket are subject to availability.
2.2. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an electronic ticket via email or SMS. Ensure the details are correct upon receipt.
2.3. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.
2.4. ITicket is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or change of venue by the event organizer. In such cases, you should refer to the event organizer’s policy for refunds or rescheduling.
3. Age Restrictions
3.1. Entry to nightclubs and events may be restricted by age (e.g., 18+ or 21+). You must comply with the age restrictions of the venue.
3.2. ITicket is not liable for any refusal of entry due to failure to meet the venue's age restrictions.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. You are required to behave respectfully and comply with the rules of the venue while attending events.
4.2. Any violation of venue policies, inappropriate behavior, or failure to present valid identification may result in denied entry or removal from the event, without a refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1. All ticket prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Payments must be made using the methods provided on our platform.
5.3. ITicket reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price of your confirmed booking will not be affected.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
6.1. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.
6.2. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the organizer and no alternative date is offered. In such cases, refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s policy.
6.3. If you are unable to attend the event, you must contact ITicket as soon as possible. We will attempt to assist, but cannot guarantee any compensation.
7. Liability
7.1. ITicket acts as an intermediary between customers and event organizers. We are not responsible for the quality or content of the events.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at any event. Attending events is at your own risk.
7.3. ITicket is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors that affect the booking process due to technical issues or third-party services.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your data.
8.2. By using ITicket, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Egypt.
